    I have a parcel from Europe (tracking number ) that has a parcel ADVICE delivered to a wrong address and was picked up by someone whose name does NOT match the name on the parcel-nor with the address matching address on the parcel.
    The person who picked up the parcel also did NOT report that the parcel was not addressed to them–or NOT their parcel.

    Because of the mistake by Canada Post I almost lost the parcel.

  2. The People that you employ, do not know how to do there jobs! You send a important document, register mail so you have a tracking number and the letter has to be sign for when its delivered! But your in-cable staff misplaced or lost the letter, and no one, is held accountable for it!!! No wonder, why people are using other companies, for mail services! The big reason is SERVICES!!!!!

    i had a charge on my bank statement which show cpc scp and canada post delivered the item. I need the backup to pay this charge but Canada post cannot help with the Refernce no that i have on statement.
